We are four former colleagues who came together through various different projects.
We combine practical knowledge acquired from our work experience with studies in technology and business administration. This unique combination means that our strengths and skills complement each other throughout the project phases of a new build or refit. Starting with project management, the planning of complex situations, through to the implementation and monitoring of the activities to be carried out on board, up to commissioning and documentation, we are fully equipped.

As a team, we have extensive, applicable expertise in the areas of project planning, supervision and project management, coordination and commissioning, which we are constantly expanding.
In addition, we complement each other in process improvements and the complex topic of documentation.

I have loved the water since childhood, growing up by the Baltic Sea near Kiel.
Early on, I developed a passion for shipbuilding and pursued an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at Nobiskrug, where I discovered my enthusiasm for superyacht construction. After completing my training, I deepened my knowledge with a degree in industrial engineering while continuing to work at Nobiskrug in Warranty, After Sales, and Services. With a Bachelor of Engineering, I spent three years as a Project Manager for Superyacht Refits.
In early 2023, I joined GCon-Consulting, excited for international and diverse projects. Every superyacht presents a unique challenge, requiring tailored solutions to ensure perfection and customer satisfaction.
Jannes Backenhaus

I became interested in yachts at a young age when my uncle shared his shipyard projects.
In 2013, I began training as an industrial mechanic at Nobiskrug, where I discovered my passion for yacht technology. To deepen my expertise, I pursued a vocational baccalaureate and completed a Master of Engineering in 2017. During my studies, I worked at Nobiskrug in various roles, applying my knowledge as a design and production engineer in Rendsburg. This experience allowed me to gain valuable expertise and contribute to international yacht refit and new-build projects.
